Just found out they do not report to the Credit Bereua. They lied to me for over one year everytime i made an inquiry about it. Breaks my heart. Use them knowing you are going to loose eventually. They will appear nowhere in your credit if you want higher scores.

If I could give less than a zero I would. I was sold a lemon I did not know when I purchased the vehicle. The dealer Said they completely went through vehicle before placing on lot. They did not it was returned many times for repairs and even failed inspection for the rods. I have talked to this place because they carry the loan and they wanted to speak to my lawyer. I have put thousands into this vehicle, and although it is a lemon it's over the mileage. So I would have to go to court. I am trying to give my vehicle back I don't care what happens and they won't pick the vehicle up. They are very cocky and unprofessional on phone. Giving me the run around telling me to go sell or trade it in. No dealers want it because of the problems with it and mileage. This place is horrible!
Horrible Finance Institution ! Have been financing my car from them for almost a year now ! Monthly car payments done way before due date religiously ! Called to claim for financial hardship due to my current employer shifting my title & position which dropped my weekly take home pay, called 3 days in a row to follow up , to only get Declined due to them not having “Hardship Programs” available ! I have worked in Customer Service , Loan Financing & Collections for the last 5 years & if a Client of mine ever called stating financial hardship with an amazing payment history & long length of payments with us , we will always go high for them ! Only option given from these people is for me to Default on my payment & to get my car taken away because they can help ! Asked to speak to supervisor & according to her NOTHING can be done , asked to speak to someone higher than her & it was like Pulling teeth , even got hung up on & no Information for her surpervisor ! Will NEVER do business with them again & will advice everyone to stay way ! Big ups to Santander & Chase who have been the up most amazing experience ! Going to look into to transferring loan into a better atmosphere !
I bought a Volvo from Manchester New Hampshire and and this company does there financial part of it I am not pleased how they run their business no one answers the phone when there is a problem. Called them to change my car payment date they told me they were going to charge me $33.91 to do that fine what ever I paid it yet they never did and because of this they messed up my bank account these people are shady and I’m going to contact my attorney
