I've had Mills42 bank for many, many, years! I lived in MA and still have them all the way in TX! Amazing staff that knows exactly who you are when you call, no robots, any issues(Which is hardly ever!) Has always been resolved so amazingly by everyone there. I couldn't have asked for a better bank!
Mr. David Correa helped me complete a Mass Saves Loan for some work I had done in my home. He's a consummate professional who helped make the whole process very easy. Getting it all set up sounded scary, but David helped me get it all done, answered all of my questions, and even helped me with an error I made. I can't say enough good things about David and this Credit Union.

It's been 3 years since we've lived near Mills42, but we keep accounts there because the service is so good. In 8 years, it has always be fast and helpful. The focus is always on helping us rather than closing the ticket. Every problem we've had (even some we haven't mentioned) has been solved. Many needs we didn't know we had were satisfied. For example, today, I was having trouble ordering checks from a 3rd party and I asked if our account number needed to be padded to 10 digits. My email got a clear helpful answer within minutes , on the eve of a holiday. As a bonus, S__ offered to order checks for me, for less than the 3rd party was charging.
