This is the worst credit union branch ever. I mean the tellers are pretty nice but the managment is so bad. I went there to do a couple of transactions with the branch manager and honestly she was so rude and very unprofessional. Very dissaponted! I stopped going there just because of her and am going in Waltham now. Liking it so far
They always open a few minutes before the scheduled time if they see customers outside the bank . They don't make them wait! Especially the lexington branch! They're also great with loans!!
