Everyone remember, for every one bad review there’s 40 good ones. Most of which won’t be posted. I was a member for several years and my family has been members for probably close to 30 years. When you go there enough, they get to know you and are extremely friendly. I never had a bad experience and my family never has. Paula was a great help and was in contact with me every step of the way. Shoutout to Jane too. My parents say you’re great! In closing, keep in mind that the customer is not always right. Some people will never be pleased.
Attempting to view my Bill Pay account & have been denied viewing all invoices until reading & accepting a lengthy piece of boilerplate . It would have been convenient if customers had a few days notice before being left in the proverbial dark & unable to even check what they'd previously entered for payment. Ridiculous! After 14 years it's time to visit another bank.
DO NOT call and ask for help with this place! It is like night and day between the tellers and the people in the call centers. My boyfriend and I fell on hard times and fell behind on bills. We fell into a deep hole of overdraft (don't get overdraft protection or over draft loan it's a scam.) We tried to call for help. Every person we talked to was rude, snippy, had extreme attitude, was demanding and didn't care about our situation. Makes no sense to demand money when you're in overdraft because you obviously don't have the money. We went in to a teller and they were extremely nice, generous, understanding and willing to work a repayment agreement with us and took time to explain things to us so we could understand.
I just refinanced my home with LCU this past week with Leominster Credit Union and I couldn't be happier. Their rates are great! For a matter of fact the rates are what got me through the door in the first place, but now after working with them, I have moved all my accounts over to LCU. Not only is my mortgage rate great but now my checking and savings account rates are amazing as well! I'd like to thank Andrea Brown and Lisa Perrin for making my transition smooth and simple so that I can now start life's next chapter!!
They have earned a customer for life with me and how they handled an error they made. Basically I deposited my pay check on a Friday, it never went into my account due to a teller error and because of this my phone bill went past due and was shut off. Not only did LCU cover the overdraft and get my money into my account asap, they covered my phone bill as well as reactivation costs. I was blown away, I love these folks!
