Im writing this review because I went to this branch today to ask some questions about the account I opened last week since the associate did not even give me any terms or disclosures about the account. What concerns me is that she looked up my account with my social security number and gave me information on the account without verifying my ID. I have bank experience and this is called Privacy event. Closing my accounts not only for this but also the associates that I had interacted with show no interest in solving issues.
Everyone I have dealt with is nice and friendly. They are helpful. The lines always go fast. I have had them as my bank for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fui El 4 de marzo a sacar 600. di dolares a la ATM de la sucursal y la maquina silo me Dio 540.00 llame para hacer un reclamo y cuando me dice la chica que tenian que contar la cantidad de la maquina y si sobraba algo lo depostaban en mi cuenta. Al otro dia voy en persona a la sucursal de central plaza y la chica muy amable me dijo lo mismo ni la llamada reclamo y todavia estoy esperando. Ni El dinero Ni la llamada. Recommendation; no usen la ATM para sacar dinero. Esta preparada para robar su dinero. En cuanto tenga tiempo o vaya la proxima vez cierro la cuenta. Mal servicio Al cliente!! Estoy muy molesto. Ojala nadie pass por esto. Se me descuadro El message por su culpa... tengo Los recibos del retiro pero a ellos Le valle madres...
