The new staff are making difference for the past 2 years I have never seen this check cashing having progress with their customer service. There’s some that are rude, but this is the second week I go and they are so welcoming, and also thanking for choosing the location. The manager that must be leading this location is doing an awesome job. I understand is a working process. I give props for to the ones who’s actually trying. The ones who aren’t what they supposed to I hope they find the right job.
Super slow, every time I come here they ask if I am a new customer. Been coming for years, think this might be my last trip. 40 minutes at the window for the cashier to bounce around and help everyone else.

The slowest service possible...very bad service
Rude, slow and always have a problem cashing checks here. Take forever to “call” and verify only to tell me they couldn’t verify.
