Horrible people in charge, after they wasted 25min of my time to cash a check by calling the bank even after showing documentation, the 2 General managers tried to wheel and deal their percentage of my settlement check from 10% to 5% which was very suspicious! And I was denied the Regional Manager's number so i wudnt complain
Horrible, rude, racist people. Nobody speaks English no heat or AC. Feel free to add an additional ten minutes to your visit to teach English to your cheerful cashier. Avoid this Border Patrol Lockup.
Lines are always too long, only a couple of people who work here are friendly. And you gotta wonder why the lines are always so unnecessarily long.
Always a long wait time because they never have enough employees available for the line/ demand. Heat never on in cold weather, cold air never on during hot weather, ONLY behind the glass where they work. Many employees not properly trained, and don’t seem to know what they’re doing, causing excessive transaction times.
I wish I could give zero stars. Made a commuter rail purchase and my credit card info was used to make a cash advance. Avoid and save yourself the hardship.
