Terrible customer service! They need more employees working the tellers
The consumer service is bad. I like how big it is but the people need to lose attitude and do their jobs.
Worst place to cash a check!!! They over charge and then tell you to come back the next day to get the rest of your money and when you show up you have to wait for the person to arrive who was dealing with you the previous day! Makes no sense why the other people could not help. While waiting in line there was a long and very loud outburst between two people swearing at each other in multiple languages. You will be lucky if you dont get mugged upon leaving. Stay classy ACC!
It's very busy but if you go early you won't have to wait 15 mins per person, reason I gave 2 stars was because the wait time is an issue and the staff is not diverse for a diverse neighborhood.
