They’ve made a custom ring for me and it was beautiful + I love their customer service!
Have done business here in the past and had good experiences. Today however I was only offered 2% then 35% of the spot price, then they tried to completely ignore the fact the piece has several diamonds in it. Gold is on the high end today, very high actually, first they denied this, which is just insulting to my intelligence! Anyone can look up the market rate and most of us can do basic math. I understand the need to make a profit, but treating customers this way runs your business away..not smart. I wouldnt go here again and I suggest you take your business someplace where you will be offered a fair deal.
