I don’t know what’s up with people giving this store one star but they had me in and out in 2.5 seconds these people here are the best, I had things to do today they got me in and I was out easily I rate them five stars! So nice so polite and serve me tons of smiles, will keep coming here.
Twenty minutes to cash a check even though they have all my info all ready maybe if they stoped talking to each other and payed attention to the customers it might be quicker
I'm a VIP I'm a VIP at that store I have my business with him they have me waiting in the VIP window for 25 minutes they just look at me past going back and forth didn't care of telling me to wait and get out of the store I called him it supervisor says well were busy and you have to wait and then the supervisors hangsout peace falling on me I called the district manager she never pick up the phone for 36 hours already so what kind of service are we in service is terrible and it's getting worse everyday
Worse customer services ever they are so rude specially the shift supervisor im a manager at a Restaurant i will never hired no one of all those 4 ppl u had working today they all in their phone and i had wait almost 20 min for them to noticed i was waiting .very rude ppl ...Hire profesionals no ppl that only want to look cute behind the glass with fake nails and eye lashes thinking they better that anyone that walk in there .Poor customer services very rudeeeee
Worst customer service they are quick to take your money, but when it comes to fixing issues the manager simply tells you. You have to deal with it nothing I can do....?? Wow speechless I can't so anything but let them take my money.
