If not a member, they turn you away. Will not even make change, it’s a simple thing.
Drum Hill branch is awesome. Staff knows me by name and shouts a little hello as I go by shopping. I make a mistake and they fix it. Love this staff, been with them six months now. Great hours and service.
Everything about this bank is second to none and I couldn't ask for better. I have been a member since the first day that this bank has opened and the tellers always remember my name and quickly resolve any issue brought up to them with a smile. The checking accounts pay 2% interest as of writing this review, and you'd be hard pressed to find another bank to pay this amount of interest, so that's a good $38 or so above and beyond what a normal bank will pay, which adds up to be $460 during the year. To top it all off, it's opened 7 days a week and with the branch alliance program they have, you can also bank with DCU and Hanscom FCU if you have an account here, so the convenience is among the best in the business.
Poor... I have a loan out with them for a jeep I'm behind 1 month on a payment and they defaulted on me... The branches don't open till 10am on a weekday... Which is insane... And I can't make my payment because they defaulted and i have to make a branch visit... Poor poor poor service... Never have I heard of someone being defaulted on after only a month and some change...
They are thieves!! Stole money deposited via ATM, then did nothing about it!!! Do not risk using this credit union. Simply not worth it.
