Not a good bank! ATM outside broke and never dispensed my money. Took a WEEK to get it back. JDCU is an awful bank Ive left and im now part of a much better credit union.
While I still find the phone service below par (long wait and hold times), I have had some good experiences when I need personal service. Ashley recently spent quite a bit of time to resolve a rather urgent issue for me. I don't get this from my other large corporate bank.
Korena helped with with my Auto loan and guided me through everything she was very helpful !
