I had a great experience and the BCSB team went above and beyond to help me with a request.
Don’t like the setup of this bank, feels like there is no privacy when speaking about your finances. Rather poor customer service as well. The manager doesn’t have people skills whatsoever, and he doesn’t put the customers needs as a priority, it’s always some excuse to why he can’t leave his office. Not the best experience with this bank as a whole.
