Much too complicated. The rules and regulations are absurd and unclear. The bankers "assume" you know all about their policies without presenting them. My account is closed and will remain so. Too many obstacles and user "Unfriendly." I will take my business elsewhere.
I opened a new checking account with 300$ voucher but they never gave me the reward money after two attempts of phone calls. very disappointing.
The tellers there are amazingly friendly and professional. The “Head Teller” if that’s what you want to call her is despicable. I believe her name is Kathy. She’s a heavy set woman. Wears glasses with square black frames & has short blonde hair. I’ve been going to this location for 7 yrs now. For the past 7 years I don’t even think she has once smiled or greeted me. She is extremely rude & unprofessional. I went in one day in the past & forgot to put my jobs account number on the form. She thought I was turning to leave & when I quickly turned back around I caught her in the middle of rolling her eyes. I guess me forgetting the account number was that much of an issue for her. Since that day almost 7yrs ago she has been the most unpleasant person I’ve ever had to encounter in a professional setting. I simply try to fathom how she has been able to keep a job there for that long. Not just myself, but every other employee that I work with has had a bad experience with her just being completely rude for no reason. If she hates her job that much or the ppl/employees of the city of Arlington she should just quit OR better yet, be fired. My next step will be to contact Headquarters. This has gone on too long. She’s miserable, rude, unprofessional, I could go on & on. I think my point has been made. They need a new FRESH face for that location.
