This place tried to steal from me before. I've made transactions online for Western Union that only cost me 3 dollars and because they're petty and probably make only a quarter of what I make they tried to charge me 2 dollars extra. Making up their own fee. Well it failed on their behalf and I put them right directly in their places. Not to mention, behind that 3.5 inch bullet proof glass they're big bad tough guys and talk mad disrespectful. However, when you're in the parking lot to just have a word with them, they're instincts are to dial 9-1-1 as they dart to their cars. I wasn't gonna do anything, but it just goes to show you what kind of people they are here.
Very unprofessional, bad attitude and condescending. First of all, I don't think addressing someone in a business transaction as" Hun"' is professional. The person I dealt with could not decipher between an 8 and a 0. Instead of politely clarifying my tracking number she just put it in and then hollered over what number she was putting in and "saying there is nothing hear for you, sorry". It was as if this money was coming out of her pocket and not my f*** money! Just because you are in a position to dispense money to people that is THEIR money, doesn't make you anything more than you are, a cashier. She was just an unprofessional jerk, who thinks she has some delusional power. Very bad experience. I don't appreciate being treated like I am some sort low life to use a service. Get some professional training and grow up
Unfortunately I have to do business with republicash and I don't appreciate it when their employees close the store early because they have perogative to get out before I can get there and pay my bill. Tonight I show up with plenty of time to put money on a bill only to find the employees close the store early so now I have to wait until tomorrow to pay my bill.
Bad service
It's only 430 and they are closed when the door and website say they close at 6. Now I can't get my money until Monday.
