The workers at this post office are lazy and incompetent. Every time that I have been there early waiting for the window to open, it has been late and the postal worker looks at you as though he is being bothered. My mail is often mixed up and they do not appear to care. I spoke to the manager, Jen, on numerous occasions, who simply complained about having too much work to do. Avoid this place like the plague!
Tracking number said my package was delivered and supposed to be delivered today. Instead they said it will be delivered tomorrow because these workers are to lazy to sort through the packages and allow me to pick it up today. Extremely disrespectful attitude from who answered the phone. Unsatisfied with the customer service. This was not the first time i have been spoken to like that by lazy people at this facility. Worst USPS i have ever dealt with.
A great local Post office. All services are available and they are helpful while being cheerful!
I am very unhappy with the place I was late on my box fee at Xmas and they closed my box right before Christmas I went and worked up the money and went in and tried to pay it and the woman said I had to pay a twenty dollar late fee I couldn't afford it so I had to give up my box that I had for many years I have other complaints as well but that being the big one.
