I give them 1 star for promptly getting back to me. First guy says your approved for the loan and by the next morning it's a no go. Don't tell people Congratulations your approved before they really are....waste of time!!!

They all worked as a team and though originally didn’t get approved, fought for me and proved I was a worthy borrower. I’m really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Very misleading. When you apply online the loan officer said it will automatically approve you for 1500.00. This is not true. They will then contact you and can withdraw the offer. Deception at best.
STAY AWAY! The interest that they charge is obscene! And if you go through MMI (Money Management International), for example, to have them negotiate with your creditors to lower your interest rate to pay off your debts, One Main will not budge. They will not negotiate the 30% interest that they charge. STAY AWAY! I would not give them ANY stars if there were a choice.
