I came into this republic cash to day to reload my prepaid gift card, they do not load Walmart cards. The place is clean the person who I spoke to was polite, well dressed and seemed to know what she was talking about. I like the service at republic cash I have no problem going back for other reasons.
I went in with a simple personal out-of-state check, which is advertised right on their sign that they can cash. And after an extensive time of the worker asking me and the check holder to give them every bit of information about ourselves they decided that they couldn’t cash the check even though it is advertise that they can. And when I asked for them to explain to me why. They refused. This was just now on March 15 at both fourt I went in with a simple personal out-of-state check, which is advertised right on their sign that they can cash. Usually I’m not a big fan of review thingy, but the girl who work there she’s amazing extremely sweet and very efficiently deal with customers. She always seems willingly helpful with customers. I don’t really know her name, today she told me maybe Anna or Erin I’m not sure though.
I don't see why anyone would have a problem coming here, I've been doing so for years and never had a problem. If you're respectful to them they'll reciprocate. Just because they couldn't cash your check for whatever reason does not mean they gave you bad customer service.
