Receptionist can’t answer a simple question. Apparently you can’t talk to anyone there either. They like sending you to a voicemail three times instead of getting you an answer. Pretty sad that you want to do business there but no one is ever available to help.
Doors were locked at 4:59 pm and employees of the bank just looked at me like I wasnt there. Very upset with the lack of service. Employees care more about going home then serving their customers. Sabattus St location
I have been getting much better rates and payment options elsewhere. Besides that, I am greatly disappointed with the customer service I have received lately.
