I’ve never had a problem with this branch. I go to this one whenever I can.
Experience has been nothing short of awful. We have our main banking elsewhere and got our mortgage through Collins about 6 months ago (with the intension of moving things over). It took almost no time for us to realize how terrible their customer service is (You'll never get to someone on the phone, chat is less than helpful because they'll tell you to call etc). When you're forced to go into a bank (which, you WILL be), you'll feel as though you've traveled back in time to the 80s. I've had to call/chat/go into the bank EVERY month since we got our mortgage back in July - they've messed up a very simple ACH withdrawal from our main bank every. month. I just want to give them my money and every month some clerical error on their side has stopped this from happening without me going into my account and paying from there. We aren't able to refi quite yet, but we'll be moving away from Collins as soon as possible. BEWARE OF THIS BANK.

Second time in two weeks stopped at night deposit....still no envelopes or anything to write with. Thank goodness I found out there wouldn't be anythere so I brought my own.
