Supposedly they had a hiccup in their system to where everything from the previous week didn't post till the 17th causing all my bills to bounce an leave me without any gas money for the week. Thanks Purdue for your wonderful service I'll be closing my account soon !
I love Purdue. Always greeted with a smile. Always helpful. And always has the answers to my questions.
My wife and I recently moved to Texas following our graduate studies at Purdue. I decided to switch to PEFCU from my old bank after seeing the excellent service that my wife was getting. I am pleased to say that making the move was the right choice. Even though we are far from West Lafayette, working with PEFCU has been very easy. I would highly recommend that alumni join PEFCU if you have not done so already, even if you are outside of Indiana.
Their services are slow. They don’t participate in PayPal or Apple Pay instant transfer service, even when the funds are secured and supposed to be available in your account in minutes. If you try to deposit a check from their app, they will put a hold on it unless you are a high teared member. They advertise you can do shared branching, but the options are very limited when moving/traveling. Do not open an account here!
Nice bank. They give me Car loan with out credit history!! they gave me credit card still I am maintaining it. moved out of Laf till using in Texas!!
