Rhonda blatantly refused to help me. I have a long and good payment history, I refer customers there constantly. I was working so showed up about 20 mins before close she refused my service because it would take too long. I called her in the morning and she said I could come in then said because I didnt have an appointment she wouldn't help me once I arrived. She was so rude and I can't believe they would appreciate treating good customers that way.
Called to get a loan and got denied because I work at a temp agency. I've worked through the same temp agency for 5 years as I am finishing up my schooling. The lady on the phone was rude to me as well.
If i could rate this a negative 5 i would
out of a $500 loan in 4 months i paid only $78....$215 of what ive paid is nothong but interest....
I had to wait 40 minutes just to get a receipt for my payment.
