My vehicle was in a fire, insurance paid them all but 146.00 and now they are trying to garnishment me with finance and interest charges. Most places would write that amount off. 0 stars if I could.
I wouldn’t even give it a one star. They’re rude as hell, when I call them and tell them about my payments being made on Friday’s instead of Monday’s due to pay day they act like they’re okay with it. But no more than a week or so later they’re calling me about my payment being late and how they’re gonna send me to collections if it’s not made. Horrible place I would never recommend getting a loan through these people. They should change their name to POS PIECE OF SHIT CORP!
They will call everyone associated with you and harass about a payment. They will overcharge you even if you are on time making payments. I keep telling them about my situation how I get paid every two weeks on a Friday and they still will call and harrass about why I haven’t made a payment yet. Can’t wait to be done with them
My collection agent Shara is so sweet! She is patient, caring and kind. Her energy is so amazing! She tells me the truth on how things can be and on how they will be. She is truly my angel❤ Her personality is off the charts!!! She's always laughing with me but yet she gets down to business. She strives to make every thing okay for the client. Way to go Shara!!! You're my HERO! Furthermore, I use to view collection agents as people that get on my nerves, but since I've been with Shara I have a different outlook. She makes me feel like I'm not alone and it's okay. Nobody's perfect and thank God she's not, because her experiences in life has made it possible for me to say this too shall pass!!! I honestly haven't had any problems but one time when I switched from making weekly payments to biweekly payments and it was a communication error and they got it fixed for me and now to avoid that problem I just pay the $75 I owe one week and then hold the other $75 for next weeks payment. So though I get paid biweekly I still make it work. Also every time I have called they were actually quite nice. I also have been there 2 years in April.
