Extremely inconvenient place to have an auto loan. You cannot pay over the phone to an automated service (and they don’t have a call center). So you have to call during their business hours. Which is difficult if you work the same hours. You can pay online, but you cannot have a formal account unless you bank with them. So while it is easy to set up automatic payments, it is a pain to pay an extra payment or check out your loan details online. Their website is very meager and not user friendly.
This credit union is awesome! The staff helps in all areas and always gets back to you with correct information and are very polite and knowledgeable! I really made a great decision banking with Community Wide FCU!

The best bank I have encountered in 30 years of business. The loan application process for purchasing fleet vehicles has always been seamless and courteous and honest.
Don’t even start with these people. Unprofessional and incompetent. They have an “administrative assistant” handling crucial aspects of my mortgage, and she screws them up every year, then lies to me about it. This year I caught her in a lie, so now she won’t even respond to my messages. Jammie Bongiovanni is her name. Look out.
