I paid a loan off on 5/30/2017. Received a receipt for a zero balance, paid in full. I even received a statement showing zero owed. 2 months passed and I received a call from One Main stating my check didn't clear their bank.I never received a good explanation about where my check ended up.I ended up writing a second check for the same amount, hopefully things go better the second time thru. Be sure to ask for copies of any checks written there, just to be safe.
They were so very friendly and helpful and eager to help i would recommend them to any one that needs a loan they really are here to help
