Bad: Slow to unresponsive customer service. Definitely just want your money. Rudeness probably comes from working with the clientel. Expensive too. Good: they seem to loan to anybody. Would be two stars but I give them credit for putting up with clients. Would be four stars if they were more responsive and nicer. Costs comes from your own bad credit.
RUDE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars! I spoke with a man a few minutes ago trying to set up a payment arrangement on a past due amount ( fallen ill and was out of work). He was so rude the entire call! Cutting me off and acting as if I was begging. When he offered me an absurdley high payback amount stated but that womt even dent it, and as I was midway through suggesting something a little lower, he cut me off and barked "well what CAN you afford" as if I was poor as dirt. Now I am nowhere near poor, I probably drive a nicer car than he does but due to circumstances out of my control was forced to take off work , but thats neither here nor there. His attitude made me instantly regret ever doing business with the company and at this point Id much rather let it go to collections than have to deal with customer service like that!
Scott is nice to deal with, however, the lady at the front desk really needs some customer service training. Rude to the person on the phone while I was waiting, and rude to me when I was making my transaction.
I've been doing business with this company for years. Great staff, quick service. I would definitely recommend this company.
