Fix signing online. It locks me daily. Ridiculous. All that security cause nothing but tooooooo much headaches for all of u s. No one lock customer from second trial. No one except NDFCU. I am taking my business else wear very soon.

I can't say enough about how great NDFCU has been for me. Left our main local bank many years ago because of poor service. Best move I ever made. When ever I have needed a loan or help with anything, they have been there for me. The personnel have been wonderful, friendly and personal. When I needed to refinance my auto loan, they came through with the best rate of any institution. I would highly recommend the Ireland Road branch where I have done business for the last 15 years.
Extremely low-tech and incompetent. Anything that is beyond cashing a check requires multiple personal visits to the branch, until they figure out what to do. A large fraction of their customers are foreign nationals (it used to be the bank of the University of Notre Dame), yet their computer systems cannot handle foreign addresses or an overseas phone number. The only positive that the staff is always very kind...
