The customer service representatives at the facility in Munster, IN are pretty good & efficient; typically. There is one rep who is adequately slow-paced but professional. Her molasses approach takes away from the professionalism due to customers waiting & the lack of urgency to help with getting customers out with the same efficiency. This can turn a 15 minute wait into a 30 minute wait... Easily!!!!
