terrible they could not cash my out of state check it was too hard for them
We went in as a perspective customer and walked out in the middle of signing up because of how we were treated. First, the lead teller Jennifer is very rude!! I had to tell my husband something important. She interrupted me and said, “Excuse me, I just asked him a question!!” I was shocked at her unprofessionalism! Second, the woman who was signing us up made it clear that any checks that were deposited (not direct deposit) would be held for so many days until after 6 months and the bank could see what kind of people we were. We took back our drivers licensees & realized this bank was discriminatory and not a good fit for us.
Prime Trust makes it easy and answered all of my questions. Their recommendations were spot on. Can't say thanks enough to Jeremy Allison and the rest of the team.
