Matt treats you like a baby and heaven forbid anything comes up in your life where u cant pay the payment at that time and I have a severe special needs son who gets no financial help from the government and when they drop a pile of bills in front of me, it may put me a couple weeks behind. But I've Never been more than 3 weeks. He knows I work nights and will start calling me around , 10 and every 2 hours from there when I told him I would pay it but it doesn't have to be first thing in mornin. He wrote me a letter saying it's not his job or responsibility to remind me. I'm 40 yo and know when my bills are due and dont appreciate his rude comments and treating me like a child. He needs to be evaluated. Hes so non professional.
I attempted to pay the balance due on a loan. I was given a payoff amount and then immediately processed payment and received a confirmation number and all was good. Approximately an hour later I received a call saying there was an additional $282 that needed to be paid that wasn't reporting on the account at the time payment was made. I told them they can't charge things to my account after it had been paid in full earlier that morning. I hung up and went to bed(I work nights). later that day I got a voicemail from the gentlemen that took my payment explaining that the transaction from that morning had been voided and the money was refunded. I have no idea why they would void the transaction or how they can add $282 to the balance due after the load was paid in full!! There is a complete lack of integrity with this group and I strongly urge that you bank elsewhere if at all possible.
