The customer service here is subpar every time I have been in I've had to stand in line longer than needed. Janet who seems to always be the one working is rude to everyone I've seen consistently. I was given a coupon and told to pass them out and get them referrals but then when I tried to use the coupon it didn't work due to an error in their system and Janet told me there was nothing she could do yet wanted me to still send in referrals. I had to reach out to corporate and while I did get a prompt call back from Janet's boss with an apology and an offer to refund me the money I shouldn't have been charged it was after the fact. She stated Janet could of fixed this that day. I would not recommend. Check n Go is right across the street and a much better option, friendlier people and a more professional environment.
