The lady that waited on me was a bit harried because of something to do with the safe and there were rude customers before me. She did, however, handle it with professionalism. Just by the time I got there, she was over it. Very nice but you could tell it was a trying morning for her. She handled my transaction nicely. Maybe have 2 people in there to stop long wait time.
This is the second time I have came to this establishment and it was not open at 9:00am. The door was unlocked but the lights were still off. A woman was in the back when I came in and came out very irritated and asked what I needed? I told her a loan. She said you have to wait I don’t have any money to do anything! I told her she was being aggressive and she apologized. Oh I finally decided to check the door at 9:10am that day. Today she just cut the lights on at 9:07am. I hope her attitude is better today! I miss Tabby and Mike
You could have helped me with a loan but you didnt and i have garunteed income.
Out of all ace check cashing stores I have dealt with. This is one that needs closed down or restaffed. There was only one employee working, and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours. She was extremely slow and after starting my transaction. She had me step aside so she could wait on other customers. There should of been at least 2 employees on a Friday and a holiday weekend. I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody. A regular customer said they only have 3 employees and only one works. Seriously mismanaged.
