The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't want to help us at all so we just left.
I have done business with PFC for not one but two loans. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful when it came to applying for a loan and helping me receive the loan. I have never had an issue cashing my checks. They most definitely are not a scam business.
I would give them no stars but I cant leave a review if I dont. So I got a loan in November 2017 and it was supposed to be for 12 months. I called today to get the pay off and they told me my balance is the exact same as the amount I took the loan for. Why? Vecause they show that I borrowed 1000 more than I did and its extended to 18 months Instead of the 12 month my signed contract says!
Customer Service is a 0. Maybe your company should invest in Employee Training.
Called on Thursday to apply for loan no call back, waitrd all day Friday no call so I called on Monday and they said they would call me back in a hour, here it is Tuesday and still no call. This place sucks and I already have a loan with them. Robert Myers
