A-W-E-S-O-M-E staff!!! So helpful and their services are extremely helpful and I can't say enough about how much they've helped me out. HIGHLY recommended. Sha is a great person, the entire staff is.
A few days ago the daily withdraw limit was 2000 inside the bank when I tried to withdraw 3000 from my account . Now today the bank Has a paper on the counter saying withdraw limit of $200 for the day . What bank does this around tax time when you go inside to withdraw from your account ? Horrible customer service and hard to access your own funds . The last 2 times I went I could not get what I wanted to withdraw from my account do to low inconvenient withdraw limits set by the bank . This bank sucks and I’m closing my account ! A new Centier bank is across the street with Chase and other banks nearby with much better service .

Prefer to use Portage, this location is always "on time." Whereas other branches arrive early, take care of drop box deposits and other banking tasks. Every time I've dont a night drop its never in until after 1pm, later one time, I've always had to call. "We are extremely busy!" Is what I'm always told. Yet they are there to answer the phone right away, whereas other locations can't ever answer the phone probably because they are actually busy.
I would never bank with any other bank except Woodforest Bank. Nice, Friendly, and Helpful staff ready to assist others with a bright, warm smile. Woodforest Rocks!!
