The new manager Rachael is very professional and polite. Rachael and her staff always welcome you when you enter the door and leave you with a smile.
They have always been fantastic with me there's been a couple times I've been late with my payment or have come close to closing and i totally hate doing that to them because i know its a pain in the butt but i walk up there 9 times out of 10 and i know they understand that and i am so glad i found them because it started out with me getting a loan for my rent and that was scary for me at first but the employes helped me out and made me feel safe and i am very happy to do service with them and continue service with them they make taking a loan out easy
Have had many loans with them and even got in a pinch many years ago and lost my vehicle, stacy and Nancy both went above and beyond to help anyway shape they could..still owe them 515 and hopefully will have that paid off soon, even after a repo and a long wait on the money they are still willing to reloan to us when its paid off... I've worked collections very 5 years on the past. They get paid to ma.age accounts so keep in mind they have superiors too. They are doing there job just as I had to. And it's not always fun and alot oftentimes your hands are tied.and they cant bend rules or not accept that late payment keep in mind, what if you didnt do your job what would happen, same goes for them. They both are very nice and pleasant even developed a good report acquaintance with them. They are good people but they have a job to do as well.. if they dont just like if you dont, well standing in the unemployed line.. I am no way affiliated or work for said company , my opinion is just that my opinion, we have had our arguments and battles but in the end we all apologize and get down to business.
The manager Stacy is extremely rude, cusses the customers out! DO NOT go here... take your business elsewhere!
