MY wife got a cash advance here... $264.00. They didn't have the cash? So they gave her a card to use and told her to go to the Family Express down the road to get the money off of it because there was no fee. #1 - The max is $200.00 and it charged the card $2.50 to get that money off... so that's all I could put in the bank for the emergency needs we had to pay a bill. #2 - I couldn't use the card to pay a bill online (which is why we needed the money) & I couldn't use the card at the kiosk when I physically went to the location to pay my bill that I needed that CASH advance for. #3 - I thought it was a C-A-S-H advance... not card advance. For as much as they charge in "interest" to get one of these loans you would think they could pull their heads out of their a$$ long enough to actually HAVE CASH IN THE STORE for people to get a CASH ADVANCE!! Will never, and I mean NEVER, go back to Advance America again if I need quick cash for a bill between pay days. Worst experience EVER dealing with a company.

They are there to help you out and have very good customer service at this location. I usually deal with Tammy or Jessica and they are the best at customer service!
