This company has terrible customer service! I applied for a loan and was promised an answer back in 24hrs but a WEEK passed and I never heard back. When I tried to call to check the status they left me on hold FOREVER - finally after 25 minutes I hung up. Several other calls to them ended the same way - on hold and never getting through. I finally gave up and still have not heard anything further from them. Don't waste your time with this company!!
My car was repossesed over 122 dollars, I only owed them 400, they tacked on 500 for repo fee, when I got the money to come get my car, I found out my car along with another had been set fire and was at the junk yard for a whole week, no one bothered to contact me, I'm furious, my insurance company won't pay because , they say world finance is held responsible, and world finance claim they can't help cause it wasn't their fault, in the meanwhile, I have no transportation, they suck, I'm absolutely going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow morning
