They are great. They really like helping people in need.
Do not use Mariner Finance. They are terrible to work with and ended up charging me financing and interest for the whole loan. I had a 12 month loan that should have been interest and financing free. I never received statements showing my balance. I made all of the payments in 9 months. I never heard from them for 7 months after my last payment was made. Apparently I had short paid by $10 and they were charging me $225 in interest and financing charges. That’s absolutely ridiculous, $10 is a write off amount, not a reason to stick it to somebody for $225 when you never sent them updated statements or balances. I will never use Mariner Finance and warm everyone else to stay far away from them!
At a time when I was in need last year they were there for me. Great customer service i would recommend there company in a heart beat. Also i must mention each employee from the receptionist to the loan officers made me feel welcomed and the process was smooth.
Been very rewarding n nice professional folks to be of service each time you come in or they answer the phone.
