Norm and Heather are wonderful! They are thorough, friendly, and helpful.
Norm & Heather are very professional and helpful...they always greet you by your name when you come in to the branch and make you feel welcome. Both are very knowledgeable and courteous. If you're looking for any of the services Advance America offers, don't waste your time going somewhere else, because you won't find better customer service with a smalltown feel then you will here. I would like to thank them both for all their kindness!
I agree they are super nice (Heather and Norm ) I was never going to go into a advance America again after they way I was treated in Greenfield store,but when I moved to Beechgrove it was close by and decided to not judge their store because of what happened in Greenfield store,and im glad I did because they were the complete opposite of them !! They have been great and I am glad they're there when im running short on bills for sure!! Thanks for being so nice guys
