Robin is the kindest,most helpful person i have dealt with.
First off, I want to say why do Ace charge customers a fee to take of money? I was really heated about that . Secondly I dont like the fact that we have to go into Ace stores to get cash instead of going to a Network ATM. I will never get the Flare card ever again . My deposit be late to hit my card on Fridays. Too many fees on this card, its definitely not worth it at all.
the customer service is spectacular. it was an in and out thing also.didnt take long at all.
