Never answer the phone which is very frustrating.. Need to update their website. I don't like how you can't click on your transactions, view checks that have been cashed, no app.. Very outdated credit union
Very rude and unprofessional, not just on one occasion but many! Also if you need to call them make sure you have plenty of time to spend on the phone because you will literally have to call multiple times to get an answer only to be hung up on.
Terrible bank management! Manager is incompetent and unable to admit his mistakes and wants to screw over victims. Trying to sue a friend for a payroll check they received that bounced 4 years ago, when asked he admitted they never made any attempt to previously collect the debt in any reasonable time frame so my friend could attempt to collect the debt from the employer. The bank account remained opened and active up until two weeks ago when they decided to threaten to sue him and froze his account. The check was from January 2015 and for a little over $300 and the are saying he owes over $960! His bank statement from December 2018 shows a positive balance! Way to screw over the worker Credit Union!! I urge you to pull you money from this bank before they screw you over too!!
I'm dealing with my father passing and I spoke with jerri she apparently handles these things. I was asked to send a copy of the death certificate and I have almost a month ago. I have called at least 15 times since and cannot seem to reach her or get any response at all. I spent over 50 to tty and locate a life insurance policy that I know he had and now I'm left in the dark Completely unprofessional and obviously lacking a little empathy
