If I could have given a zero I would have. The closing costs to refinance were reasonable but the service was horrendous. Phil was extremely rude and disrespectful to me in his emails. He insisted on something that he had no knowledge of. When he was given accurate information by the credit bureau, he quickly quieted down. An apology from Phil was in order... but, if course, never received. If we hadn't have already invested so much time and money in the refinance, we would have went elsewhere. Two thumbs down!!

Called to open a account and the person kept trying to think I wanted to borrow. I get paid every week and wanted a account to put my direct deposit in. Apparent they don't offer this.
