Very disappointed. They only want to send you to the call center that is not local to deal with problems. Jason the manager and Jonathon at the Greensburg are extremely rude. No customer service at this location. Jonathon and Jason placed me on long holds only to then hang up the call.
So far this bank sucks. They don't care that they are screwing with people's lives, or money. They had months to get this change to go smoothly and so far it's been nothing but a freaking headache. If keeps going this way I am switching to napolean bank. I am not putting up with crappy service and dealing with people from out of town when there is a local bank. If you try to call them it gives you a 1800 number. Sick of this crap.
