Purchased a 2012 MacBook Pro. When I got home and updated OS it ended up being a 2011. Could not update to Mojave. Spoke to manager and she asked if I purchased peace of mind. I said no so she said she couldn’t do anything about it. I said “If I purchased a PS4 and when I got home it ended up being a PS3, would that not be fraud by deception?” She said she didn’t know anything about the hardware they receive. The serial number on the bottom was the same as logic board prior to upgrading OS. After I updated OS it was different. Thanks for this piece of trash. Hope you enjoy ripping people off.
