I may be slightly biased as I work here, but this is the best job I've ever had, I enjoy coming in every day. Our customers keep a real smile on my face, and I love hearing people's stories and being able to help them. Unfortunately we cant make everyone happy. But we sure try! This place is a joke. My husband currently has loan through them. When Danny was there, he was always very helpful. Now that the girl has taken over they are very rude and called my husband work when he didn't call.
The first time I came in, was able to get a loan and had a lot of help from one of the gentlemen here. Today I call and speak with Danny, and I had spoken with him a few days prior and got the same thing from him, please call me back Monday. Excuse me? I need assistance today. He literally asked me, “what are you trying to accomplish today”, uhum im trying to get a loan! I’m trying to purchase a vehicle like I explained to him a few days ago, and now, I need a certain amount of money and I have a letter EXPLAINING, that I can get x amount today. He says no those letters aren’t accurate, then why the hell do I have it in my hand, and why is is signed by your own self? Please explain. Please Why won’t you just help me? Geeeeezzz. So that’s all he gave me today, call back Monday, I even explained to him that this same occurancd happened a few days ago with him, and no answers still. Don’t come here unless you’re looking to get pushed off to another day, because they can’t help you and are always short staff apparently.
