I would not do business here. Bobbi has no clue what she is doing and will not fulfill her agreements. I have supporting documentation and she still denies any wrongdoing. I would avoid being treated this way. Go somewhere else.
Great experience, very friendly and it wasnt to long on getting the loan.
Manager Bobbi is very rude and seems to have no people skills.
I would like to give 5 stars but the loan agent that was very helpful is no longer at this place. I have called a few times at this office speaking to different agents regarding small matters and I literally was told they couldn't help. Each time!! On different issues! Ugh! Poor customer service now.
On line I qualified for a lone of $7000 but when I got to their office & they submitted all their paperwork that amount dropped to $2500. I made a financial decision based on being able to get that $7000 so now my financial situation is tighter than I would like. I suggest going to the office to be sure of the amount they will lend you before going forward with any decisions.
