Very clean. Nice and friendly.
U.S. Bank - five stars The staff here are really kind and professional. They are quick, to the point, and they are good at answering questions. This guys are really great for small businesses who want their money well taken care of. Their professional services are not terrible like most other places. The manager is really nice and will take care of any business, person, or otherwise that needs any kind of assistance.
Excellent customer service. A lady by the name of Trista, I think (she may have had some kind of managerial position) completely went above and beyond for me. She helped me retrieve information on an account that was closed 7 years ago! This information really shouldn't even exist anymore, but she materialized it for me! Amazing!
The staff is really great but the manager or assistant manager was really rude. Instead of talking to me in private about an issue I was having, he stayed at the teller, arguing with my mom and I, letting everyone know our business. Then he kept blaming the problem on me. By far the worst person there. But everyone else is wonderful!
