“Jesse” from the ten mile Ustick area has horrible customer service skills. He made my daughter feel stupid for not knowing something and will not allow anyone to speak to a supervisor above his head because if anyone knew how he treated people he would hopefully be fired.
Jesse at the Pawn 1 location here in Meridian has really great customer service skills, we've always managed to work with him many times, as we walked in, he greets us with a great big smile every time, makes us feel welcomed.
This was my first experience dealing with a pawn shop. I must say the folks at the store on 10 mile were very professional and made me fell very comfortable

Great place, Great customer service. I like to swing into pawn shops from time to time to see if anything catches My eye. The ten mile location is one of the cleanest stores I’ve been in and Juan is always up front and great to deal with. Their so much better than other pawnshops, I’ve stopped going to any others.
