I went to the cash store to obtain a loan. I had never been to the cash store before but I am no stranger to having to take out a loan every now and again. I must say that the cash store provided an amazingly personal and even fun experience. The staff was knowledgeable and so friendly and not that fake friendly we have all come to expect from most customer service. They were generally interested in everything that was going on. Not to mention the rates were much better than I have come to expect from loan services. I am thoroughly impressed and I will probably never use another loan service again. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a loan through you guys. But, that being said, Emad or Amad (not sure how to spell his name.), was so kind. I was a pawn broker for several years and have been in his position with having to deny people on loans and always genuinely cared, even when there was nothing I could do for them. And, have not come across many people in the loan business who were still kind, knowing they could have taken that moment to flex their surperiority. He was so nice and "let me down gently" so to speak. When I already felt low he was just sweet. Crazy how one phone call lifted my spirits even if it was just about other humans.
