I have y'all beat, Lisa and I go WAY way back lol. I started coming to Advance America probably... 13? Years ago? At the time I was really in a bind and crunched on time. Lisa has ALWAYS been efficient and knowledgeable about the in's and outs of her company's policies and is extremely thorough, she never misses a beat. And she has got -THE BEST- memory of anyone I've ever met! I hadn't had to use Advance America's services in probably close to 7 or 8 years, and she STILL remembered who I was BY NAME before I even made it to the front door! The rapport she has with her customers is bar none, she is a shining example of what world class customer service should look like. And Olga follows in her foot steps, she's just as professional and every bit as pleasant to work with. You ladies brighten up my day every time I see you! And Lisa, you haven't aged a day! First off, i give the 5 * based on the payday loan service only. Its the best and cheapest short term loan here in town, as far as i know. Like most people that get payday loans, regret geeting it after a day or two, but i'll use this place over any othrr olace in town.
